The Dallas Works Summer Youth Employment Program provides life-changing workforce readiness experiences and summer internships for Dallas area youth in partnership with the Dallas business community. Dallas Works reaches over 1,000 young people with workforce readiness training each year and creates meaningful summer internship opportunities  that build professional skills and confidence. We invite your company to join us for this new-look initiative and invest in the next generation of our Dallas workforce by hosting interns, becoming a Dallas Works sponsor, and volunteering.

Dallas Works is powered by the All Stars Project, a local and national nonprofit partner whose mission is to transform the lives of youth from poor and underserved communities, in partnership with caring adults. Over 25 years, through its evidence-based best practices approach (SMU The Addy Foundation Center on Research and Evaluation), the All Stars has successfully partnered with 500 companies to create 6,000 impactful summer youth internship experiences.
