Taylor Newman joined the All Stars Project in 2024 as a Development Officer in New Jersey and the San Francisco Bay Area. Born and raised in Frisco, Texas, Taylor grew up as a competitive dancer and later performed as a Dallas Mavericks Dancer during the 2018–2019 season. Her experience with the Mavericks organization showed her the importance of connection and using your platform to make an impact.
Before joining All Stars, Taylor led face-to-face fundraising campaigns for national nonprofit organizations including Doctors Without Borders, Covenant House, and Wounded Warrior Project. At All Stars, Taylor builds and stewards relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations; develops grant proposals and reports; and supports special events that deepen supporters' connection to All Stars.
Taylor was drawn to All Stars because of the natural connection between her own development through performance and the organization's use of performance as a tool to help young people grow. Now back home in Dallas, she is excited to bring her fundraising experience and passion for performance-based development to the community that helped shape her.
