Prescilla Cornelius serves as Associate Program Director of Programs at the All Stars Project of Dallas, where she oversees all aspects of youth program implementation. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Prescilla relocated to Dallas, TX in high school. She holds a bachelor's degree in health and public service from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining the All Stars Project staff in 2019, she was a core All Stars volunteer since their expansion to Dallas and has expanded her leadership footprint in the Dallas community. She has completed the SMU Continuing & Professional Education course Women in Leadership: Influence and Impact, is currently a part of the D CEO’s Emerging Women Leadership Network program and is completing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
