Gina serves as the Senior Manager of Production and Operations at All Stars Project of Dallas. A poet and songwriter at heart, she is a passionate advocate for deep thinking and intentional living. As a proud mother of two young boys, Gina is deeply committed to parenting in a way that breaks generational cycles and creates new possibilities for the next generation.

Gina has called Dallas home since the age of 18. She has been engaged in youth and family programming in the nonprofit sector since 2011 and has spent the past five years working in the educational space. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong appreciation for operations and systems, recognizing them as the essential and often unseen foundation that allows visionary work to grow and sustain impact over time.

Her work is driven by a commitment to building on legacy, strengthening what exists while helping to create a better world for future generations. Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
