Natalie began working for the All Stars Project of Dallas in 2017 and is currently the Director and Dallas Market Leader. In her role as market leader, Natalie leads building and stewarding relationships with community, business, and nonprofit leaders and advancing strategic goals in Dallas. She finds her inspiration in seeing young people develop as they expand their world view and become more confident. She is an alumni of D CEO Emerging Women's Leadership Network, the TWU LeadHERship Roundtable, and currently enrolled in the Stagen Integral Leadership Program. Prior to finding her passion in the nonprofit world, she worked in oil and gas, where she volunteered for the All Stars Project of Dallas. She regularly volunteers for her local animal shelter, was raised In Nevada, received her BA from Utah State University. She has called the DFW metroplex home for more than a decade.
